Setting a Benchmark for Great

Elizabeth worked with the technical consultancy and projects function within EDF Energy to develop detailed behavioural and competency frameworks to give individuals a stretching yet realistic benchmark for great performance.  These frameworks were introduced through manager master-classes, an online learning guide and were incorporated in to the performance management process.  Thorough and planned change communications were fundemental to the success of the project.

Developing the Aspirations of Young People

 

While at Crelos Elizabeth worked on a large DfE programme aimed at gifted and talented school goers between the ages of 14 and 17.  Elizabeth led the team that designed and then implemented six two-day learning modules focussed on raising the aspirations of attendees.  The workshops were then rolled-out to approximately 2,000 individuals over two years, using a specially recruited team of thirty tutors.

Developing a Vision for 2020

Elizabeth worked with the CEO and leadership team of British Rowing, the national governing body for the sport of rowing, to support them in the development of their vision and strategy for 2020.  Through facilitated team sessions, questionnaires, surveys and a conference, Elizabeth guided the team through a structured strategy development process to develop a future-proof, differentiated solution.

Supporting a Business Turnaround

 

While responsible for leadership and behavioural development at Energis, Elizabeth designed and delivered through third parties leadership and management development for approximately 300 colleagues.  Development consisted of specially designed development centres, workshops, master-classes and one-to-one coaching and was brought together by a performance framework that was incorporated in to talent management and performance management processes.  Energis was bought by C&W with the deal going ahead largely based on the quality of the Energis leadership team.
