Leadership Development

 

At C Grow Consulting we work with leaders and talent within organisations to allow individuals to understand their own unique leadership profile and how it can best be used given their particular situation.

 

With experience in leadership assessment and development, we can design interventions that will best suit your people and what they need to achieve.

 

Assessment interventions include; questionnaires, interviews, simulations and leadership tasks.

 

Development interventions include; workshops, masterclasses, projects and coaching.

Organisational Development

 

We can support you to design and implement organisational development programmes focussing on areas including; performance management, talent management, competency development, career pathways and succession planning to identify organisational development gaps and prioritise when action planning.

 

Our experience of supporting organisational change will help to guide you through the implementation phase of new and enhanced organisational development processes.

Team Development

 

C Grow consultants can work with your teams to support them towards working at their full potential.

 

We work to understand what the team needs to achieve and build a bespoke solution to guide them towards that end point.

 

Team development activities can include; team strategy creation, team objective facilitation, team operating model review, team building, team coaching and other bespoke interventions.  Interventions can be one-off, but are more likely to bring about sustained change if implemented over a series of events.
